Embrace being uncomfortable
I use to beg for a easy life. I would compare myself to other people and wonder why couldn’t I have what they have and go on trips like them, or just seem to have not one problem in life. I realize now that the struggle, being uncomfortable has done for me (positively) than I could imagine. Struggle, hardship, being in uncomfortable situations creates a foundation to get to the next level or closer to the goal, if you understand how to use it to your advantage. Training jiu jitsu is a great example of it, coming into a room where you know you are going to be tested and it may be the day that you’re on top or the beginning of a week where you will be completely destroyed. It’s up to you what you decide to do with it. Stay beat up and accept or comeback again, and again become better.
